Abstract sculptor GUY DILL is well-known and in such collections as the Museum of Modern Art, the Guggenheim and Whitney Museum of American Art, in New York and the Stedelijk Museum of Amsterdam, Netherlands to name a few. William Packer writes in “Art and Artist:” “Along with the weight of the material you use, there seems to be a very conscious pre-occupation with holding elements in tension, one against another, either suspending or springing them against each other.” Dill’s sculptures range in size from smaller works for indoors to brilliant monumental forms that would be suitable for outdoors or larger interior spaces.
